Fully air-conditioned and soundproofed, has an internal surface of 60 sqm and is equipped with: hallway, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, equipped kitchen (with table and chairs) and living room with sitting area (with sofa bed), convertible into a bedroom with double bed.
The apartment that can accommodate groups of up to 4-5 people as families with 2 adults and 2-3 children (3 children in case a child sleeps in a cradle), externally has a terrace of 25 sqm that enjoys a magnificent view of the front garden and a further 5 sqm balcony (of the bathroom).

The services and facilities, including the restaurant, are all available on the days when the entire Hotel is open (in practice during the period in which the rooms are also on sale).
Through shady streets and little traffic you can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot and the pedestrian area in the evening with shops, ice cream parlors, bar in 2 minutes on foot.
